Before you go

Fees, access, and what people get wrong here.

  1. The entrance fee covers seven days and both districts of the park, east and west.
  2. Cactus Forest Loop Drive is a paved one-way eight-mile loop, so you can see the saguaro forest without hiking.
  3. The east district is the Rincon Mountain District, do not confuse it with the west district across Tucson.
